Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active popwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. popwin employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with popwin. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. popwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
